Halloween

This year, after some waffling, we were a Vampire and a bat.

Jence ended up looking a bit rock and roll... kind of a mix between Dracula and David Bowie...

Duke is obsessed with water...and anything else that he shouldn't touch.

At this little trick or treat downtown he was content to run circles around us, until the first piece of candy went into his bucket...

And then it was on!

And on, and on...

Sharing... an amazing, if erratic, new development.

My boys.  They are so great. Especially the big one. I like him. And the little ones...

Aaaahaha!

On our way out to trick or treat. Can you sense the energy...?

Happy Halloween!

Oh the joys of Halloween. Aunt Flimsy would say it should be a designated holiday: she couldn't understand why school attendance was mandatory on such an important day as Halloween.

Waffling on costumes reminds me of a little girl who began making costume plans the day after Halloween for the following year. And her Mother would think "How nice! We can make costume plans early and be ahead of the game." Until reality proved that there were at least 12 more costume changes before the big day...so much for planning ahead. Yes,Sara, the Queen of Waffle.
